The former chapel is situated only 50 yards from the harbour's edge and within 5 minutes easy walk of the picturesque centre of the town with its quays, shops and inns. Recently converted, it is now a unique and spacious property that is equipped to a high standard and is ideal for a holiday exploring the beautiful Fowey area.
The accommodation is arranged with the bedrooms downstairs and the living room upstairs. There are three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has two full size bunk beds.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

An ideal family holiday base suitable for 2 - 6 people the chapel features the following facilities.
The large upstairs room is open plan and has views of the river from the original arched windows at the front. Large skylights add to the light from the windows and the vaulted ceiling and original exposed beams make this a very pleasant room which is equipt to a very high Standard.

The lounge overlooks the picturesque Caffa Mill quay and Foweys River and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of exploring before heading off into town for the evening.

The open plan kitchen is flooded with daylight from the huge skylights above and has a range of kitchen cupboards with work surfaces and a stainless steel one and a half bowl sink with mixer tap and waste disposal.
Tiled splash-backs, built-in electric oven/grill with an electric hob and an extractor fan and also has fitted a dishwasher, integrated fridge and a wooden double-glazed arched window looking to the rear of the property and access to a raise decking area to the rear of the chapel.

The Master Bedroom is 9'4' x 9'2" which leads onto the en-suite bathroom.
The rooms are centrally heated and double glazed and feature built in storage and wardrobes.
The En-suite is fitted with a low level WC, a pedestal wash hand basin and a panelled bath. There is also an electric extractor fan. |
